I don’t confess to being a theologian, or someone who has studied at seminary for many years, or even been to Bible College but I have been a Christian for many years and have come to understand the importance of having God’s word, the Bible, as a foundation to my life.
The Bible not only can help guide and show the way, as the title of this blog suggests but it also brings hope and joy in the dark times. The Bible gives us wisdom and understanding. The Bible can give us a peace that is greater than we can ever understand. More than anything though it can show us who God really is through Jesus Christ. Through reading the stories of Jesus we can see into the wonderful character of God.
In the coming days I want to share with you my journey and how God is helping me through it. I hope some of my friends will also add their wisdom as well.
